Yes. Most of our custom work begins with a client's idea — a photo, a sketch, a family stone, or a style they've fallen in love with. We refine it together through a private consultation, agree the design and quote, and only then proceed.
Can I choose my own diamond for a custom ring?
Absolutely. You can select from our loose diamond collection — natural or lab-grown — or we can source options to suit your design and budget. If you already own a stone, talk to us about designing around it.
How long does custom jewellery usually take?
Made-to-order jewellery typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks from design approval. Complex custom work can vary — we'll give you a clear timeframe with your quote before you commit.
Can I have a custom jewellery consultation in Melbourne?
