For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised orders. However, your peace of mind is our priority and we will always do right by you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your ring arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement or resolution that works for you.

Wrong Item Received

If we've made an error with your order, we sincerely apologise. Contact us immediately and we will prioritise getting the correct ring to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Resize Service

We offer a complimentary resize service within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply get in touch with our team and we'll take care of it.
